Get Started

Sometimes in life, events occur that fracture the very foundation on which we stand. Our life, as we have known it, is forever changed and we find ourselves in an unexpected struggle, first just to survive and then to move forward

4 Justice!

False Justice

1What if you knew that a totally innocent man was serving a life sentence for a crime he didn’t commit? Or what if the prisoner were your son, brother, or father? And what if Prosecutors coached witnesses and willfully ignored false testimony?

2Prosecutors fail to use information that might prove a defendant’s innocence. Officers end up stopping and arresting people without probable cause. Criminalists aren’t properly trained or don’t follow procedures in analysis of evidence

Justice = Just Us

3Which gives you greater heartburn? Seeing innocent people go to jail or watching murderers and rapists go free? A job that impacts the lives and freedoms of the public creates a warm and welcome home for the worst of the worst: the occasional sociopath.

Trial & Error

4The Prosecutor’s goal is a lofty one:

to see “that guilt shall not escape or innocence suffer”; In short, as so aptly stated by Mr. Justice Sutherland, “while he may strike hard blows, he is not at liberty to strike foul ones.”
